RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
We will replace or full refund your order only in the following cases:
- Defective products related to quality problems.
- Delivery of different products from the ordered ones. Please inform the company within 7 days from the day you have received the products, in ordering to arrange free of charge return. All products should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. The products should be returned to the company's address: Fresh Line 1st Klm Lavriou Ave., Koropiou - Markopoulou, 19400, Koropi, Attica. Please note that (unless you have the right of cancellation as it is referred above) we cannot proceed to product changes or refunds for any open and used products or products that do not have quality problems. The company declines all liabilities for product defect or failure that are caused by physical damage, misuse of the product, overuse, modification of the product, selection of a not suitable product, non-compatible with any codes, or incorrect application.
In the case that, for any reason, you do not receive the order the shipping expenses will be deducted from your total refund. You have the right to resubmit the order, however you will be charged additional shipping costs.
Our company's priority is the high quality of the available products in our e-shop and the absolute satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, if you are certain that the product you received is defective, please contact us via e-mail at email@example.com or call us at 210-6022242 to find out how to replace the product or to get a refund. We accept return of products in case they weren’t the ones that you have ordered.
Please note that we cannot accept returned products and proceed to refund in case that they have been opened.
