PAYMENT TERMS
Our company allows you to pay your order in any of the following ways:

Payment via Credit or Debit or Prepaid Card
Our company accepts debit, prepaid, and Visa and MasterCard credit cards. The process is completed through a co-operating bank which provides all the necessary safety guarantees for electronic transactions. If you choose to pay your order through a credit, debit or prepaid card, you will be transferred to the partner bank's website, where you should follow the process that indicates you. Before the confirmation of your order, your card will be pre-approved with a total amount commitment of your order. This commitment will be valid until the order is confirmed, and then the blocked amount will be collected. 
In case that your card is not approved, we will contact you to know if you want to change your payment method or cancel your order. In case that contact via telephone is not possible, we will send you an e-mail to the address you have submitted to us, to get in touch with us. If, for any reason, we are unable to communicate with you within 10 days from your order request, then your request is automatically canceled, and our company will send you a relevant cancellation message for your order request to the email address you have submitted to us.

Payment via PAYPAL
If you decide to pay your order via PayPal, your delivery address is automatically updated with the address that was used as default at your PayPal account.
When you complete your order, and choose a PayPal payment, you will be asked to enter your PayPal account. It will be needed to change the delivery address, as shown below, if you want to deliver your order in a different address.

Pay on Delivery
You can pay your order and any other agreed charges on delivery, i.e.  by paying the whole amount to the authorized to collect person, i.e. the distributor of our company, during the delivery of the products at the delivery location. Under the applicable tax provisions, payment on delivery is only applicable, for amounts up to €500.
If you choose to pay your order on delivery, you will be charged the cost of that service, which is € 2.00 for deliveries in Greece.
The payment on delivery option is not available if you choose to deliver your order to an address which is not the same with the payment address.

You can pay your order by depositing the amount to the following bank accounts:

You should deposit the exact amount of money of your order and the other agreed charges and also write your name and address you stated during the order. The deposit slip must be sent to our company by fax at 210-6022343 or by e-mail at [email protected]
As long as the company receives the relevant confirmation of payment from the partner bank, it will initiate the shipping process.
We do not save your credit, debit or prepaid credit card details. If you choose to pay your order using a card, you will be transferred to the partner bank's website, where you should follow the process applied.

Your order will remain in our system for 5 days and then it will automatically be deleted.

SHIPPING TERMS

All orders are shipped by our company within the next two working days after the confirmation of your order. Unless there is a different announcement at the e-shop.
Deliveries in Greece are made with the ACS courier company:
Standard Delivery: Delivery in 3-7 working days
Express Delivery: Delivery in 2-3 business days
For remote / inaccessible areas of the Region, delivery may take 1-2 additional days.

Shipments to Europe are operated by UPS:
Standard Delivery: 5-7 working days (road transport)
Express Delivery: 2-4 working days (4 to very remote areas)

Right of withdrawal/return
Within 14 calendar days of the day you received your order, you have the right to withdraw without any cause from the contract and return the products.
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal it is required (a) the products should be returned in the condition you received them, i.e they should be full and undamaged, and their packaging be the one that normally accompanies the products and it must be in a perfect condition and (b) your full charge with the direct return of the goods.
The deadline for the exercise of the right of withdrawal expires in 14 calendar days, specifically the next day after you have acquired or a third party other than the carrier and defined by person has acquired the physical possession of the products.
To comply with deadline, it is sufficient to send your relevant application before the above withdrawal period expires.
You have the right of withdrawal, only if you inform us for your decision to withdraw from this agreement with a clear statement. For this reason, you may fill the withdrawal form, which you will find in the packaging of the product. You can send the withdrawal form with the following ways:

If you withdraw from this agreement, you will be fully and exclusively charged with the immediate return cost of the products. You must send the products back or deliver them to us without unjustified delay and certainly within 14 calendar days from the day you declare that you want to withdraw from this agreement. The deadline is considered to have been kept only in case that you send the goods back before the end of the 14-day period. If you withdraw from the contract we will refund you all the money we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding the extra costs due to your own choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method that we offer) without unjustified delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day you declare that you want to withdraw from this agreement. We will refund you the money by using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged for a refund like this. We have the right to delay the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide us the proof that you have returned the goods back, whichever occurs first.
